Method

Soak the sticky rice for 3 to 4 hours in plenty of water.

Prepare the coconut milk. Add the rice to it, in a large cooking pot, and cook the mixture, stirring it from time to time, until the rice is half-cooked and still moist. At this point add the sugar and salt. It is important that the mixture should not be allowed to become dry.

Leave it to cool, after stir
