Coconut Cream Sauce

The Fijian term for coconut milk and cream is lolo. Traditional dishes that are prepared with coconut milk and cream use the -lolo suffix. For example, ika vakalolo: ika is the generic term for fish and vakalolo denotes that it is cooked in coconut milk.
