Pork Bundles Stuffed with Broccoli and Mozzarella

It was in Italy, years ago, that I first tasted calabrese broccoli. This bright green broccoli with thick tender stems and full heads is now quite easy to find in shops all over England, but in those days the only broccoli we knew was the thin, leafy, sprouting broccoli and the more cauliflower-like purple-headed broccoli. But after the holiday in Italy ¡persuaded my father to grow the Italian variety in his Herefordshire garden, and it was a lovely treat among the carrots and cabbages.
