Although quiche has fallen out of fashion, it is a simple but delicious dish. The conception is brilliant: rich egg and cream baked in pastry. It lends itself to any type of food you wish to add to it. Here, I have used two eastern spices to give a new twist to a traditional theme. This quiche makes a perfect starter or a delightful light lunch treat.
