Fried squid seems to be on every fusion menu throughout the world, and no wonder as it is deliciously addictive. Chefs can fry squid quickly so that it is tender and tasty - instant satisfaction for hungry diners, especially when served with chips. I matched this popular squid dish with a traditional French mayonnaise garlic sauce, to which I added an Asian touch of black beans. This dish also makes a wonderful starter for six to eight.
