One of the tastiest beef dishes I have ever eaten was this delectable one from Korea, popularly known as kalby. It relies on a simple marinade and quick grilling, which gives the beef a smoky fragrance. And the bonus is that you don’t need an expensive cut; on the contrary, the fat from a cheaper cut contributes additional flavour, the pineapple juice breaks down the fibres of the beef and makes it quite tender as well. Rice or potatoes go well with this dish.
