This is one of the easiest and tastiest methods of cooking steaks. Soy sauce is an ancient Chinese seasoning that works wonderfully on meats. The grilled steak goes perfectly with potatoes and salad.

Ingredients

  • 4 entrecôte (sirloin) or rump steaks, about 175–225 g (6–8 oz) each

Method

Lay the steaks on a tray.

In a medium-sized bowl, mix all the marinade ingredients together and spread the mixture evenly over each side of the steaks. Allow the steaks to sit and marinate at room temperature for at least 1 hour.
