A fruit dish is the preferred close to most of my dinner parties; it is refreshing, easy to make and seems to be just what everyone craves after a tasty meal. This is an orange dessert that I have adapted from my experiences of eating in Hong Kong restaurants, and which I have modified to my taste by reducing the amount of gelatine. The result is a silky, custard-like dessert, only slightly firm but textured enough for me and, I hope, for you. A bonus is that it takes about 5 minutes to mak
