A fruit dish is the preferred close to most of my dinner parties; it is refreshing, easy to make and seems to be just what everyone craves after a tasty meal. This is an orange dessert that I have adapted from my experiences of eating in Hong Kong restaurants, and which I have modified to my taste by reducing the amount of gelatine.
