Egg Drops

  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • ½ cup flour


Mix ingredients and stir until smooth. Pour slowly from end of spoon into boiling soup, and let boil 2 to 3 minutes. If poured into soup from a considerable height, shape of drops will be improved.
