Meat Dumplings

Pulpety z Mięsa


  • ½ lb. ground beef, veal or pork
  • Small piece kidney fat, ground fine
  • 1 hard roll
  • 2 eggs
  • Flour
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 teaspoon minced parsley


Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Put a little flour in the palm of your hand and roll small balls the size of a walnut. Cook in meat stock. Delicious with barczcz.
