  • Rolled lamb shoulder
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • ½ cup butter
  • 2

Method

Brown meat in butter. Add all but last three ingredients. Cook covered until tender, turning often. When nearly done, remove from kettle, dust meat with flour, strain juice. Return meat and juice and add cream. Continue cooking until done.
