Mushrooms in Butter

Grzyby w Maślę


  • 1 lb. mushrooms
  • 2 tablespoon buttered crumbs
  • 3 tablespoon butter
  • 1 teaspoon parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon onion, chopped
  • Salt and pepper


Fry onion in butter. Slice mushrooms and add to onion. Add seasonings and simmer slowly for one hour. When mushroom liquid disappears, add crumbs, mix well and serve hot.
