Sausage Pudding

Budyń z Kiełbasek

Ingredients

  • 1 doz. small pork sausages
  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon chopped chives

Method

Fry sausages until crisp and brown. Drain off most of the fat. Beat eggs for 2 minutes. Add flour, salt and milk. Mix until smooth. Add chives. Pour batter over sausages in frying pan. Bake in 450° oven for 15 minutes, then in 350° oven for 10 minutes. Turn out on platter. Serve piping hot.
