Cream butter. Rub hard cooked egg yolks through sieve and add. Add remaining ingredients in order listed. Roll out on well floured board, or shape into small rings by rolling a teaspoon of dough to thickness of a pencil and shaping into a ring. Brush with egg white and sprinkle with sugar. Bake in 350° oven for 15 minutes.
