Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 cup sugar

Method

Beat eggs until lemon colored. Add sugar and flavoring. Add soda dissolved in water, honey, flour and mix well. Shape into tiny round balls or put on well floured board and shape into fingers or cut with round cookie cutter. Bake in 350° oven for 15 minutes. Frost if desired.
