  • About

This is a popular quick teatime meal in my house when I don’t have time to take the raclette contraption out and cook potatoes. It’s also great for using up raclette-party leftovers.

Ingredients

  • 2 fresh baguettes
  • olive oil
  • 8 slices of ham
  • 200

Method

Heat the grill or the oven.

Cut the baguettes in half lengthways and drip a little olive oil over the cut surfaces. Lay the ham on top, then cover with the cheese. Pop them in the oven or under the grill until the cheese is bubbling.

Serve immediately with gherkins and a green salad.
