A fresh, healthy soup packed with seasonal flavour, this can be jazzed up with all sorts of edible accessories and served in little bowls, cups or glasses, hot or cold! I have served mine with flavoured butters and pestos in the past, but for added vitamins and freshness, and to make the most of what’s in season, salsas are a perfect accompaniment.
