  • 2 kg beef bones
  • olive oil or duck or goose fat
  • 2 onions, chopped</

Method

Preheat the oven to 190°C/375°F/gas mark 5.

Put the bones in a roasting tin with some olive oil or goose or duck fat and roast for about 20 minutes
