Whole trout, which will require slightly longer cooking time, looks good for serving, although fillets will be easier to serve. This dish is good served at any temperature.
Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F/Gas 5). Halve the peppers vertically. Remove the seeds and fibres and discard and slice the peppers into fine strips.
