Separate the broccoli into florets. Melt 55g/2oz butter in a pan, add the broccoli and stir to coat with butter. Add water to cover and cook for about 10 minutes or until just tender, but still crunchy. In a pan melt the remaining butter, add shallots and corn and cook until the shallots are soft. In a food processor blend this mixture adding a little water. Return to the pan, add the nutmeg, sausage and seasonings, and gently heat through. Thin if too thick and pour over the broccoli.
