  • 10 sheets dehydrated ma-kombu
  • 250 g sake
  • 200 g

Method

Preheat the oven to 250°F (120°C). Soak the kombu in water for approximately 20 minutes.

Remove from the water and slice each kombu sheet into 4 squares. Set aside. In the meantime, combine the sake and mirin in a pot and flame off the alcohol.
