Method

Using same ingredients as above, remove stems from mushrooms (slice and cook as above, or reserve for another use). Coat a wide flameproof pan with the seasoned oil. Set cleaned caps in a single layer, spongy side up. Drizzle oil on each, using about a teaspoon for each 3-inch cap. Sprinkle with salt. S
