Maricel Presilla’s Flower Tostones

Using completely green plantains, the talented Cuban cook Maricel Presilla has devised her own decorative version of the traditional tostones. She cuts peeled plantain across in 1½-inch pieces and fries them in 325-degree corn oil unt
