If you’ve forgotten how subtle “real” gelatine can be, try this shimmering golden dessert, rich in winy-fruity flavor and dotted with sparkling garnet and russet morsels. Not only that, it’s low-calorie.

Ingredients

  • 2 packets unflavored gelatine
  • 3 cups white grape juice (24-ounce

Method

  1. Sprinkle gelatine over 1 cup of grape juice in small pan; let stand a few minutes to soften. Stir over low heat until gelatine dissolves completely.
