Stir-fried winged beans keep their crunch, color, and flavor. Toss together this dish to accompany grilled or broiled fish or chicken. If you don’t have Oriental sesame paste, substitute twice the amount of tahini (sesame paste or cream) or creamy peanut butter. If you don’t stock Chinese chili-garlic paste, substitute minced garlic and hot pepper flakes to suit.
