This recipe uses a little of a magic jar of dust I keep on my kitchen spice shelf – a long, pale-pink shelf stretching from one side of the kitchen to the other, organised in alphabetical order, as that’s the fastest way to both find anything in a hurry and intimidate any interlopers into not trying to cook in my kitchen.
