Klingon Gagh, Vegan Edition

When I was a child, my dad, brother and I, and my slightly less enthusiastic mum, would gather around the television set of an evening to disappear into the future aboard the Starship Enterprise. I grew up wanting to be, on rotation, Deanna Troi, Dr Beverly Crusher and Captain Janeway. I wore plain-coloured jerseys with black leggings and made my own Star Trek badges from paper and foil for fancy dress parties. Imagine my joy,
