I use this on cooked pasta, to make a Mac ‘n’ Cheese baked in the oven with breadcrumbs on top, slathered over the top of a chilli, in toasted sandwiches with Marmite, and as a dip for crisps and chips. There is usually a jar of it in my fridge at any given time, or the dregs of one. When I first nailed this recipe, I made it four days running, with no changes, feeding it to dozens of friends, all of whom raved about it. I’d go as far as to say it’s the on
