Stuffed Cauliflower

This makes for a stunning centrepiece, especially if you use a Romanesco cauliflower in place of a plain white one. Always a hit with vegan and vegetarian friends and family, usually with other table guests asking if they can try a slice as well. Any flavour of stuffing works here, but my favourite is the Mandarin, Fennel and Leek.
