I made this as an emergency pudding for a dinner party for twelve strangers, having travelled forty miles with a rucksack of vegan pulled pork marinating in Tupperware containers held together with duct tape and carrier bags to stop any spillages as I navigated three trains and hundreds of bored, furious commuters en route.
