Sweet & Sour Michigan Pasties

There is the most amazing vegan bakery, Rainbow Bakery, about four blocks from my house. Although their specialty is doughnuts, they often make vegan versions of Midwestern classics like buckeyes and pasties that are out of this world. Although my version isn’t vegan, this is my ode to my favorite baked goody at the shop.
