This glaze is another great use for pomogranate molasses. Use it as a base for panfried tofu or a stir-fry sauce, or with the Tofu and Chard Burgers or the Tofu-Mushroom Burgers. The honey lends a surprising savory depth.
Combine the soy sauce, sesame oil, agave, and pomegranate molasses in a small saucepan and cook over medium heat, swirling the pan often, until slightly reduced, about 5 minutes. Remove from the heat, stir in the sesame seeds, and allow to cool to room temperature; it will thicken slightly as it cools.
