Acciughe di Andrea

Andrea is Lidia’s son (Lidia’s asparagus). This has little in common with the salty taste of anchovies as we are used to them – these are marinated to softness & wonderful with bread. For a different version you can leave out the vinegar & add 3 tablespoons prosecco, the juice of 1½ lemons, some sma
