  • 1 envelope gelatin
  • 1 cup cream
  • 2 tablespoons boiling wat

Method

Cook in a double boiler the milk, well-beaten egg, sugar, and grated chocolate, until the chocolate is melted and well mixed. Remove from fire and add gelatin, which has been rubbed to a smooth paste in the boiling water, and set in a cool place to jelly.
