Swedish Tea Rolls taste like the best mini cinnamon-sugar toaster pastry you’ve ever had. Three different General Foods booklets have recipes for them, but after baking those from The Calumet Baking Book (1931), I knew they deserved a twenty-first-century makeover. A little heavy cream made for a richer-tasting pastry, and extra cinnamon and sugar gave the filling extra punch.
