No dessert quite makes me happier than chocolate pudding. I love its soft, smooth texture and pure chocolaty flavor. It can be eaten hot or cold and it’s an absolute cinch to make. I came upon a chocolate malted pudding recipe in Tested Recipes with Blue Ribbon Malt Extract (1928).
