Ingredients

  • 30 g coriander
  • 30 g flat-leaf parsley
  • 2 cloves

Method

Put all the ingredients except the olive oil in the bowl of a food processor and pulse to chop and combine. With the motor running, slowly drizzle in the olive oil to form a rich thick paste.
