Chia seeds are nutritionally dense flecks that thicken up any liquid you choose to combine them with, making them a slightly more interesting way to change up your breakfast routine or even your dessert options. I’m sharing with you two varieties of chia seed pudding: the first is a rich, chocolatey version that is slightly more appropriate as a dessert. The second is one that I like to make the night before, sometimes with oats, and enjoy for breakfast the next morning with some fruit. Whi
