  • Make the basil oil

    Place 28 short bamboo skewers in water to soak for 20 minutes. Bring a small saucepan of water to a boil. Stir in the basil and cook for 45 seconds. Drain and rinse under cold running water to stop the cooking. Squeeze the basil leaves in a paper towel to extract as much water as possible. In a mini food processor, combine the basil and
