Method

  • Marinate the pork

    Place 22 short bamboo skewers in cold water to soak for 20 minutes. Prepare a gas or charcoal grill for direct grilling over medium heat, or preheat the broiler (grill). In a large bowl, stir together the pork, oil, and garlic. Season with salt and pepper and toss well. Let stand for 15 minutes.
