Method

  • Make the vinaigrette

    Bring a small saucepan of water to a boil. Add the bacon and cook for 5 minutes. Drain, transfer to paper towels, and blot dry. Wipe clean the saucepan, place over medium-low heat, and add the oil, garlic, and bacon. Cook, stirring, until the garlic is golden and the bacon is crisp, about 3 minutes. Be careful not to let the garlic bur
