  • Fresh Chinese egg noodles, ½ lb (250 g)

Method

  • Prepare the noodles and sauce

    Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add the noodles and cook for 2 minutes. Drain and rinse well with cold running water. Place in a bowl, add 1 tablespoon of the canola oil, and toss to coat evenly. In a small bowl, stir togethe
