  • Marinate the chicken

    Prepare a gas or charcoal grill for direct-heat grilling over high heat. Place each chicken breast half between 2 sheets of plastic wrap and lightly pound with a meat mallet or the bottom of a heavy pan to an even thickness. In a shallow glass or ceramic dish, combine the orange zest and juice, vinegar, oil, garlic, oregano, chile powd
