  • Make the mole

    In a frying pan over high heat, warm the oil. Add the onion and almonds and sauté until just golden, 8–10 minutes. Stir in the chile powder, cumin, and cinnamon and sauté until fragrant, about 30 seconds longer. Add the tomatoes, chocolate, oregano, 1 teaspoon
