Easy crowd pleaser!
Added a few dried cranberries to apple mix and served with vanilla ice cream.
I may experiment with is size of diced apple, cooking time and oven temp. I thought it became a bit too soft but no one complained. I had it in 190C fan for 35 min and diced apple into 32 chunks. Also let sit 30 min to let pectin form.
