We’re always in awe of our customers and how they share their unbridled excitement for good food. Keo, a young man from Brazil, was visiting Yale for a month and during this time, he ate at Claire’s almost daily. He brought his guitar, and when we called out names as we delivered the food to our guests in the dining room, Keo would make up a song using the customer’s name. Really! It was so much fun. Keo shared this recipe with us for a smoothie he enjoyed in his homeland o
