This embellished oatmeal takes only minutes to prepare and adds even more cholesterol-lowering fiber to an already healthful breakfast.


  • cups organic soy milk, plus additional as desired when serving

  1. Bring the soy milk and water to a boil in a heavy pot over high heat. Add the apple, apricots, cranberries, almonds, and oats. Stir to combine.
  2. Lower the heat to medium and cook for about 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally until the oats are cooked and thickened to your preference. Remove from the heat and stir in the maple syrup, cinnamon, and bananas. Serve w
