How can you go wrong with fresh garlic and herbs and Parmesan cheese? I serve this bread with just about any soup or salad and we love it in our house and at Claire’s Corner Copia, too.
Ingredients
2tablespoonsorganic butter or organic cholesterol-free buttery spread, softened
Arrange the oven rack on the second rung from the top. Preheat the broiler to high. In a bowl, combine the softened butter with the olive oil, garlic, herbs, and Parmesan cheese. Sprinkle lightly with sea salt (the Parmesan cheese is a bit salty) and pepper. Using a spoon, mix to combine. Taste for seasonings.
