Tabouli is a healthful salad of bulgur (cracked wheat). You can find bulgur in health food stores and in the gourmet section of most supermarkets. Bulgur is a delicious way to add more fiber to your diet. It’s been popular on our menu for thirty-five years, and one of the “foodie” magazines listed it as a “hot food trend” a couple of years ago!
