Fruit salad, or macedonia di frutta in Italian, is available in every restaurant and snack bar throughout Amalfi. It’s made using a variety of the best and freshest fruits.
Place the cut fruit in a bowl and toss gently to combine. Sprinkle the sugar and lemon juice evenly over the top and scatter the mint leaves over the top. Toss gently to combine. Serve immediately.
